Lagerfeld's new book will feature the Chanel boucle jacket on countless celebrities and models. The looks, styled by Carine Roitfeld, show the versatility and timelessness of the jacket on any and all body types.

Hey guys! I'm so excited to start blogging for CHAOS. First of all, I need to introduce myself. My name is Vanessa, and two years ago, I started a blog called Pure Lovers. Many people have asked why I created a fashion blog in the first place. I have many reasons behind that decision, but the main reason is that I used to spend most of my time reading fashion magazines, like Vogue, or visiting street style sites. So, I wanted to create a place where I could share everything that inspires me. Fashion is my love, addiction and passion.

I believe that fashion is a way of expressing ourselves — creating our own kind of art that we show to the whole world. We have the freedom to be whoever we want to be, and to wear whatever we want to wear. We need to be fearless and trust our tastes. 

When it comes to defining my style in one word, it's really hard; it's almost impossible because my style is a combination of so many different styles, which I adjust to my personality. I love playing with different pieces to create my own look. From now on, I will be sharing my looks with all of you, every Monday!

Tweed Trend for Fall/Winter

As the temperature begins to drop, adorn yourself with this casual classic. Tweed is the quintessential cozy cover up and, this season, it comes in varying textures and silhouettes. The iconic look bred by Coco Chanel herself can be replicated today with a tweed blazer and collared shirt.

For a perfectly polished look, pair a tweed skirt with a cropped leather jacket and booties. Sport a pair of tweed fitted trousers or a tweed pleated skirt with a light weight jacket in autumn hues. The tweed trend can be modernized by mixing textures, such as adding a fur stole, a scarf in vibrant prints, or a snakeskin clutch.
