Dontcha just love when designers give back to the world? Well Rockstars and Angels, lead by Aussie designer Tyler Atkins (formerly shadowed by a certain Hilton heiress tag-along {God Paris, you just take and take and take!}) is doing just that. He is partnering with celebrities to create his "I Love" campaign. It basically goes something like this: quirky photographs of celebrities wearing Rockstars and Angels and having a feisty good time (and rest assured Mr. Atkins knows all about feisty good times!)printed onto t-shirts with the logo "I Love" above it. Profits are donated to the celebrities charity of choice. First up was Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr, whos tees were sold at Kitson LA. The proceeds went to the Fred Hollows Foundation, an Aussie, New Zealand, and UK based foundation to fight "unnecessary" blindness around the world. The follow up second release of tees will be with, once again, a Australian supermodel, Jess Hart. So aside from being a modelizer with an accent (though Paris isn't a "model" sorry Paris ;) ), Tyler is definitely making his charitable stamp on the world. And that is something worth loving.
Rockstars and Angels is sold here in the US at Kitson LA and H.Lorenzo, in Australia at Always Habit and Wabi-Sabi and about a trillion places in Japan where we all know they love just about everything. "Soh Soweeee! hahahahahaha"

Most of us have read Twilight or have seen the various television shows that are a dime-a-dozen these days ... America, even the entire world, is ob-sessed with vampires! Yeah, yeah, we know the story - once you have gotten bit, you enter this extremely romanticized world of eternal life and beauty; that story's been around for centuries ... and it's showing NO signs of stopping! But nothing says living forever like sunglasses, right?
