It's Getting A Bit Nippley Out: A Racy Summer Trend

70's staples like floppy hats and maxi skirts have certainly defined the look for summer '11, yet there is another trend starting to poke it's racy little head out from women's blouses; going bra less!

In 1977, Woody Allen's Annie Hall was released and viewers everywhere were shocked not only by the iconic androgyny of Keaton's character but by the carefree attitude she possesses by going sans bra. However, her style was immediately adopted by many women and bras were definitely no longer a necessity in fashion during the era. Fast forward to 2011 and more and more ladies are...well...letting the ladies hang free. See the Prada show for inspiration on how to work the trend without offending people. And while this is a trend that is perfect for hot muggy days....it's probably best kept for the women with smaller breasts.

Model Watch Monday: Andrea Bellisario = Italiano Amore

The hiatus of the Model Watch Monday's is OVER, we're back and ready to rock it with a new stunner every Monday! Starting us off is Italian Stallion Andrea Bellisario.

With fire in the eyes like Andrea Bellisario, there is just "something" about this guy that leaves you stunned, it is more than just his eyes,  je ne sais quoi! It's everything, the full picture. There is no denying it was just a matter of time till someone scouted this one.  Hailing from Torino, Italy but now resides in Milan, Andrea was discovered while working out at the gym by none other than Maurizio Modica, designer for Frankie Morello. Directly after that Andrea was signed to Independent Men. He has already walked for Alexander McQueen, DSquared as well as Ermanno Scervino earlier this year. His presence on the runway is none other than elegant and captivating, again all there is to say is he possesses that je ne sais quoi!

Oh Tom, You Bad Boy: Ford's "Neroli Portofino" Fragrance Is Racier Than Ever

If any of you have seen the movie "A Single Man", you'll understand how the naked body is a true fascination for Tom Ford and nothing is ever off limits. The latest ad for Mr.Ford's "Neroli Portofino" fragrance certainly lives up to the naughty predecessors.

As fun and sexually kitschy as his ads are, it is odd that the designer isn't also promoting his fashion line through his perfume advertisements. However, maybe that is his point; he wants you to notice that this is about perfume and not clothes, jewelry, eye-wear or footwear.

All in all, I do think it is safe to assume that everyone is immediately intrigued when they see this ad and although I wouldn't exactly want a child to somehow find a magazine and see this photograph, I understand how Ford is trying to bring some fun into the picture, even if that means showing two naked models splashing around with (hopefully) fake "Neroli Portofino" perfume.

What do you think of sexy splash session for "Neroli Portofino"?

UNIF Clothing Fall 2011 Lookbook

Some label Los Angeles "the worst-dressed city in the world." Insanely tattered, casual clothing worn by hipsters and starlets alike--to be perceived as mysterious and nonchalant--account for this stereotype. But, that's what gives the city its endearingly truthful edge.

UNIF, a relatively new mens and womenswear label, started by born-and-bred DJ Eric Espinoza, agrees with this notion. Therefore, the locally based brand proudly basks in grunge and pays homage to Angelenos' rebellious nature and adoration of rock and roll culture with an array of flannels, vintage tee's, gothic-style trench coats, tousled hair, and thrashed cutoffs in its fall 20ll lookbook.

Must Have Jewelry: Fancy Sexy Me!

Sometimes the greatest finds come in the least likely places...strolling the street, digging through a new flea market. For me it was a recent trip to Brooklyn that found me at the Artists and Fleas flea marketing in Williamsburg where I came across Fancy Sexy Me. A jewelry collection featuring edgy, modern jewelry that has unexpected styling done in a way that's irresistible. The line was founded in 2009 by Ronnie Aminov and Cynthia Catera and has been worn by the likes of Kylie Minogue, Kesha, and Ciara. While the line does have a very Pamela Love-style air to it, they have enough diversity and funk to keep you guessing and just enough class to keep you coming back. Whether it's time to add a fierce 2-finger skull ring or a delicate (but no less eye catching) charm necklace, make sure and check out more of the line here and pick out you addition for summer!

Going Bare: Industry Heavy Weights Go Sans Makeup For Viva Modeling Agency

While we all would like to assume that the beautiful people we see in magazines are the result of fabulous makeup and excellent retouching, that isn't necessarily true. To celebrate the launch of Viva Modeling Agency in London, model icons Kirsty Hume, Edita Vilkeviciute, Natalia Vodianova, and Raquel Zimmerman posed for photographer Scott Trindle completely makeup free and entirely un-retouched. The Result? Beautiful images filled with natural beauty.

While the whole "beautiful people with no makeup on" thing has been done in gossip publications many times, it is hard to be impressed knowing that the images produced have been manipulated via PhotoShop. The shoot for Viva Modeling agency is quite different from those gossip publications in that what you see is truly what you get. In the image of Raquel Zimmerman you are able to see small scaring underneath her right eye. While this is technically an imperfection it is what makes the image so captivating to look at because even with the blemish, Raquel is still beautiful. The other women look incredible as well with their natural flaws and flaunt them with confidence.

Shine By Three For DITA Eyewear

Margaret Zhang, Australian blogger-cum-styling prodigy is wise beyond her 17 years on this earth. Her sophisticated writing and fashion-forward yet age-appropriate ensembles seen on her blog, Shine By Three, are fragrant of someone who definitely knows how to put an edgy look together. Local designers seem to agree, including Rachel Gilbert, who sent Zhang one of her striking cutout gowns to don on prom night.

Not only can she work her magic from the neck down, she can also do it from the neck up; that’s evident in the styling job she recently did for DITA Eyewear’s newest collection. It’s kind of tough to make aviator reading spectacles look up-to-date and avoid clichéd Napoleon Dynamite feedback, but somehow the budding Aussie creates an obscenely chic mystique behind the must-have tortoise shell throwbacks for the Los Angeles-based company that has been offering up vintage styles for more than a decade now.

It's Festival Time: What To Wear & What To Watch

Finally, summer has begun, and what better way to celebrate in your new sundress than dancing outside to great music? Unfortunately, Bonnaroo isn’t attainable for all of us, so there’s other cheaper (usually free) and closer options.

Websites like Oh My Rockness compile mass lists of shows in the New York, Chicago, and LA areas, from major concert venues to free park festivals. June 18? Ra Ra Riot is playing for free at Make Music Pasadena. June 23rd? We are Scientists are playing a free show at Red Hook Park in Brooklyn.

Stressing about what to wear? Maxi skirts and denim cutoffs still reign supreme as go-to music wear. Straw fedoras are a great way to look effortless and save your skin from harmful UV rays. Keep the jewelry to a minimum, or stick with one major statement piece; you don’t want to sound like Santa’s sleigh when you’re dancing around. Face paint and hallucinogenic drugs optional.

Anna Dello Russo: The Music Video

Music videos have become a new forefront for the fashion industry. Beyonce rocked Givenchy couture in her latest video for “Girls,” Gaga pays regular tribute to McQueen. But what about when the tables are turned and members of the fashion industry start making videos? Cue, Anna Dello Russo.

The editor turned street style maven turned blogger is at an all-time high. In her quirky, a little over a minute video, entitled “Fashion Shower,” Russo sings and twirls around into various yoga-esque moves, all while rocking a multicolored fringe mini dress and stiletto pumps.

From extravagant hats reminiscent of Isabella Blow’s collection, to a shoe collection that is most definitely worth millions, photographs of Russo have become almost prized possessions, creating an entire new venue for inspiration (especially on websites like Tumblr, with blogs created like “Fuck Yeah Anna Dello Russo” that compile various pictures of her).

The video starts off with a simple quote, “Fashion is always uncomfortable. When you get comfortable, you never get the look.” You tell em, Anna.

A First Resort: Oscar de la Renta Resort 2012

While the resort shows have only just begun, it's hard not to get excited about the Oscar de la Renta collection and dare to deem it as the most fascinating.

The collection is rich with Spanish and cubist influence and is highly conceptual. Models made their way down the runway in pom pom adorned flamenco hats and blood red boleros transporting the audience to a matador's world in Pamplona. The heavy Picasso influence (during his cubist period) is made apparent with sophisticated day-dresses draped in geometric, colored fabrics. Of course, the signature feminine aesthetic of Oscar is not lost in the collection with heavily embroidered cropped jackets, playfully polka dot prints, and ethereal gowns. The range of looks is truly magnificent and the seamless blending of an art style hasn't been executed this perfectly since YSL's "Mondrian Primary Colors Dress" in the 60's.

You can check out the rest of the collection here!

Inspiration From Cannes: A Style Note From Eva Herzigova

As every true fashionista knows, The Cannes Film Festival is one of the most incredible red carpets to watch. Celebrities, socialites, models, and industry members gather in the glamorous French Riviera city to celebrate the art of cinema. It is not only one of the best red carpets to watch but the perfect place to draw fashion inspiration. This year's red carpet look to emulate? The alterna-tux worn by model/vixen Eva Herzigova.

After your eyes are able to focus on something other than the super model's mile-long gams (no joke, this chick has some seriously killer legs) you will be wowed by Herzigova's sexy and sophisticated ensemble. In a custom, tailored mini tux by Dolce & Gabbana, the 38-year-old Czech beauty looked fierce. Wearing sky-high red stilettos (also by Dolce & Gabbana) and a sheer ruffled blouse her look was perfect. The high-waisted, short shorts added that sexy and casual aspect and made the look ultra feminine. The subtle touch of the delicate green earrings highlighted Eva's eyes and perfectly complimented the red shoes. This is a look that is not only hot but totally attainable to any lady who is confident enough to attempt it. Can you say date night?

Get Ready For Fall With Lanvin!

Are you ready for fall? Probably not. And that's okay, especially because summer is just getting started. Nevertheless, if you watch this video of Lanvin's Fall 2011 Collection from Paris' Fashion Week, I can predict you might be a little more anxious for the fall season than you thought.

As I was first watching this runway show, I was a little put off. The initial black pieces seemed oddly shaped and almost frumpy; almost amish-like. Especially this time of year, shapes such as those do not seem too enticing. Then we start to see the more flattering designs with the single-shouldered ruffle sleeve and no-shouldered neckline, and eventually we see colors such as red-orange, coral and pink. Ruffles are the major stand-out feature for this entire collection. The last piece is the best of them all with the gigantic ruffles exploding from the neckline. If I were in Paris, I would be delighted to wear any of these pieces.

Double Take: Guess Rips Off Rodarte?

There are a lot of things in this industry that walk a fine line...what's too short? What's too high? What's too retro? What's too modern? But one topic that is walking a thinner and thinner line by the day is the difference between looks that are inspired by other lines, and looks that are being directly stolen from other lines. Sure we can all tell the different between the knock offs that have three lines on the Louis Vouitton, or have C's monogrammed with weird tails to look like G's...but what about the one's that aren't so obvious?

The blog Fashionista recently brought up a case in their "Adventures in Copyright" that caught my attention; a dress made by Guess, that looks identical to one sold for the collaboration with Target and Rodarte a few years ago, but selling for roughly 10 times the price. To top things off, the Target dress was recently re-released and can currently be found in stores. Sure, I guess target could go to court over it, but shouldn't there be a level of respect in this industry that deems such blatant thievery a disgrace?

What are your thoughts? Has the line been crossed?

Prada Real Fantasies: What a Whirlwind

While I will admit, there are a few pair of shoes and several leather bags that are to-die-for in this collection, I honestly do not understand the rest. Prada's Spring/Summer Collection for 2011 is named "Real Fantasies". According to the website, the collection was created because of how dreary the world has been due to the difficult financial times, and the colors, designs and patterns of the garments, footwear, eye wear, and purses inspire a more happy and fun disposition. I completely understand where Prada is coming from on that point, however, I do not understand how the combination of the colors, shapes and patterns in the garments in this photograph will make anyone's day brighter. This ensemble looks as if it were trying to combine the fifties, sixties and seventies, but failed. The shapes, I can totally see many women wearing, however the patterns and color choices do not flow well or flatter the figure. Sometimes, experimentation can go a little too far.

No Prescription Needed: Fallon’s “Therapy” Collection

There’s the old phrase “I wear my heart on my sleeve” and then there’s actually wearing your emotions on you wrists, ears, and hands. Fallon’s new “Therapy” collection does so in such a tongue-in-cheek way, you’ll save hundreds on medical bills alone. Earrings come complete with 50 or 100 mg tablets, with corresponding emotions such as “bored”, “indifferent, “unlovable”, and “sad.”

The earrings, cuffs, and rings come in gold and silver, all expressing a different emotion (unless you opt for the chain necklace, which includes just about every emotion under the sun and will surely confuse all your friends, and well, anyone who passes you on the street).

The diffusion line, designed by Dana Lorenz, was introduced in 2007 after the success of Lorenz’s main line, Fenton. The lower-priced collection is available online at http://fallonjewelry.com and at various stores including Barneys and Scoop NYC.

Men's trend: The Desert Boot

Spring has sprung, and the gents are coming out to play, and what better way than to make a statement with these amazing silver desert boots from Farfetch.com. If you paid attention to the shows last Fall, you would've noticed that a lot of design houses opted for the casual appeal of the desert boot. Designers like DSquared2, Paul Smith, and Hugo Boss are a few houses that featured the boot apart of their Spring '11 collections.

The versatility makes the shoe all the more desirable, and with the right design and styling, it makes for a perfect day or night look. A blazer, white t-shirt or button-down with the right pant or trouser would be a perfect match for the shoe. If you have something like this particular boot or a "statement shoe" the rest of your ensemble shouldn't overpower that. The 'M1' boot shown above is available for purchase through Farfetch.com and are made by Opening Ceremony. IF you are daring enough, the boot also comes in a furry ponyskin version that many people would frown upon, and only the fashion elite would understand.

Nail it Down: Polish Trends

Summertime equals one thing: manicures and pedicures are no longer a luxury, but a necessity. What better way to add a pop of color or sheen to an outfit than with a glossy shade of lacquer on your hands and feet?

The inner child in me fell in love with a set of Laffy Taffy (yes, the candy) neon colored set of polishes I found at a discount store near home. The bright greens, purples, blues, and pinks would go perfect with any of the matching neon accessories and clothes that brands like Proenza Schouler and Jil Sander showed this season. The neon colors also favor themselves to this little trick found on Pinterest.com, to get an easy swirled tie-dye look:

“Get a bowl of water, pour little bits of all the different shades you want, it should float on the top, swirl with a toothpick or something like it and when it looks like you want on top of the water, then dip your nails through the water...” It’s really that simple.

For a more subdued look, Chanel also just released three new polishes. The metallic shades aptly named “Graphite”, “Quartz”, and “Peridot” are sure to sell out quickly (Black Pearl, anyone?) so when you find them, be sure to stock up, because they’ll be gone before you finish painting your pinky toes.

Finding Inspiration from Movies

Yesterday, I went shopping for the first time in months with the purpose of making an actual purchase for myself, as opposed to working on a homework assignment. I needed to buy a few dresses because I have a few major events to attend in the next two weekends. I decided to go into a few shops that were exclusive to the mall I was in. I made my way into the store "Francesca's Collections". It was the type of shop you'd see in Florence, Italy, SOHO in NYC or on Melrose in L.A. I had a few looks in mind. I was thinking of several movies I've watched recently where the stars were wearing white dresses, such as Kate Hudson in Something Borrowed. I also had in mind, Holiday in the Sun, with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. I know I've brought that movie up before, but there is this spectacular white dress they both wear, and I have desired to own that dress from the time the movie came out back in 2001! I finally found the dress in this Francesca's Collections boutique! How amazing is that? (By the way, this shop is also located in Atlanta, GA, Marlborough, MA, Fort Wayne, IN, Milwaukee, WI, Akron, OH, Bakersfield, CA, and Lexington, KY.) When I went to the register to purchase the item, the young woman at the register said she was going to purchase the same dress. I revealed to her why it was so appealing to me, and she was very excited because she also revealed the dress reminded her of a movie, A Little Princess to be exact, which I'm sure most young women in their early to mid-twenties have seen. Isn't it funny how we see something an actress is wearing and we are so enamored by it, we never forget it, even fifteen years later. I am completely amazed. This proves how impacting product placement really is.

Summer Wedding Guide: Under $105 Bridesmaid or Wedding Guest Dresses

It's that season again!!!! If you are like us, you have one or two weddings you have known about since... let's say December, but haven't really gotten around to buying a dress for the occasion. Blame it on the blistering cold that dissuaded you from tracking down the perfect dress, but now that the sun and shades are out, it's time to shop. Operation: Perfect Summer Dress That Will Fit Your Budget and Your Body Like a Glove. Do we have the perfect dress guide for you with a treasure trove we found on Etsy.

Here are some of our favorites:

Sarah Burton: A Dream For Alexander McQueen

Though Alexander McQueen may no longer be with us physically, the designer's line still lives on, and quite gracefully I might add, through the work of Sara Burton. This has been endlessly written about due to how quickly she designed Kate Middleton's dress for the Royal Wedding, and yes she did a spectacular job. However, that dress is not her only masterpiece. If you view her latest collection through runway shows or through the site www.alexandermcqueen.com, you'll realize her other pieces are just as amazing.

Alexander McQueen was known for his out of-the-box designs, unique craftsmanship and shapes most have never seen before. Burton is slightly more simple. Her shapes are not quite as unique, though she adds that special touch that is unlike anyone else. Whether that be through the pattern of the fabric or the texture or accessory. McQueen's designs were the type a fashion connoisseur could wear as soon as the piece was created, but never again in their lifetime. Burton's designs are more timeless and elegant. I am definitely not putting down McQueen in any way. He was an absolute genius and there will never be any other designer quite like him to walk this earth. Lady Gaga was his ideal muse. As a person with a more simplistic style, Burton is also a genius. She understands a woman's curves and knows just how to accentuate prominent features on the body such as the shoulders, the collar bone, the waste line, and more.

Strolling down the streets of New York City during these few days of continuous sunshine, we couldn't help but to be stopped in our tracks by gorgeous girls in pants. Women are currently rocking the boyfriend jeans, color blocking with cropped pants and donning skinny black cloth pants, high-waisted straight leg pants, patterned silk pants, cuffed twill pants and other major selections of the two-legged variety.

Trend Watch: Lose The Skinnies

In a true testament to the cycles of fashion, wide-leg denim is back. Forget your
skintight, butter-your-legs-up-and-use-a-wrench-to-pull-up-the-zipper skinny jeans,
and ease into a pair of 70’s style denim. Brands like True Religion, J Brand, Citizens
of Humanity and the Olsen twin’s off-shoot brand, TEXTILE Elizabeth and James, are
all putting out effortlessly cool looks with a lot of room to breathe. Styles range in a
variety of washes, from light and distressed to stark white and black.

To keep from looking like a Dazed and Confused extra (although with summer beach
weather quickly approaching, that may not be too bad of a thing), keep the rest
of the outfit sleek and fitted. A printed tank top and a straw fedora would be the
perfect Sunday brunch outfit, complete with sky-high wedges to keep your leg-line
looking as long and lean as possible. Or, play into the 70’s hippie child theme with a
chiffon floral top (bonus points if it’s cropped) and bloodshot eyes. Either way, your
ankles will thank you for the breather.

Model on the Rise: Leebo Freeman - The New Bad Boy of Fashion

Nevs model boy, Leebo Freeman started his modeling career when he was first featured in Mugler's Autumn/Winter 2011 men's fashion show, and since then his career has taken off quite amazingly. He clearly has a distinct look that any fashion house would gawk over, and he's been seen on Vivienne Westwood, Patrik Ervell and Jeremy Scott's runway. Not to mention, he recently landed the cover of L'Officiel Hommes Germany and has been seen in Vogue Hommes Japan, Hercules, and Wonderland magazine.

Up in Smoke - ksubi's New Fashion Film

Model of the moment, Bambi Northwood-Blyth, is jumping off, in the most literal
way possible. In a film directed by Daniel Askill for cult fashion brand, ksubi,
a midriff baring Blyth, as well as co-starring models, Cisco Gorrow and Heidi
Harrington-Johnson, jump over classic 80’s muscle cars and vividly colored smoke….
All in slow-motion.

The video, meant to showcase ksubi’s new line of brightly colored denim, was shot
next to Sydney’s Kingsford Smith International Airport, with a billowing, opera-style
soundtrack as the models jump over cars, reminiscent of a bull and matador fight.

What’s even greater about the already gorgeous video is the brand’s foray into
fashion film, a previously untouched territory that is surely gaining more and more
steam. Instead of stagnant, one-dimensional images, artists and designers have
begun using a whole new media, perfect for capturing motion and creating an
entirely new aesthetic.

ksubi’s “kolors” collection is available in stores and online now.

Lip Service: Temporary Lip Tattoos

Seems like everything these days is customizable and made for on the go -- and with the wildly successful creation of rub on manicures, Violent Lips has come out with the next equal parts awesome and over-the-top products: think the rub on nails but for your lips! The company is referring to them as temporary tattoos for your lips and they last four to eight hours at a time! While I'm a little suspicious of what would happen when eating that late night burrito, the company says the tattoo is easily taken off with baby oil.

So far the designs include pink leopard, fishnet, rainbow, polka dot, and various other animal prints. Before you know it, Violent Lips will also be releasing a version of glitter encrusted lips as well. For just $14.95 you get three strips, and all the funny looks you can handle!

So what do you think? Will you be adding these to your make up repertoire?

Summer & Fall Trend Watch: The Shirtdress

Thakoon Addition Button Front Shirtdress

The one piece on every one's fall shopping list, the shirt-dress, has gained cult status due to its unfaltering versatility. The piece feels beachy and bohemian with tan legs, gladiators, and a cinched belt, but will transition well into fall with tights and ankle boots. What's more, tunics are flattering on most body types, bringing length and emphasis to the legs! The best option is to purchase in varying fabric textures: a light chiffon for summer and a sturdy cotton for early fall. This way, you can choose to go with romantic and flowy or structural and smooth, as the occasion sees fit! If you've already gotten on the bandwagon, some designers are opting for new off the shoulder cuts, or deconstructed necklines, offering a refreshingly post-modern take on this classic. If you're having trouble choosing, remember this: don't go too tight, you want something that hangs cleanly (that means no weird pull lines around the boobs!) and military green is always in.

Bulgari: Turning to Fashion Bloggers For "Save The Children Campaign"

Some of our favorite bloggers from Karla of Karla's Closet, Emily Schuman of Cupcakes and Cashmere, Jamie Black of From Me To You, to Leandra Medine from The Man Repeller in recent days, are seen sporting silver & ceramic Bulgari rings. Bulgari has enlisted the help of 32 fashion bloggers to spread the word about the 125th anniversary celebration of the brand in support the ongoing Save The Children's Rewrite The Future campaign. Stylist has compiled a slideshow of all the participants that showcase that fashion goes hand-in-hand with a great cause. The ring works well with a casual outfit like that of Sea of Shoes blogger Jane Aldridge who paired the ring with a Free People velvet jacket, Current & Elliot jeans and Martin Margiela booties. Aureta Thomollari of Aureta's blog created a glamorous look with a Geoffrey Beene dress, Christian Louboutin Lady Daf Mary-Janes and finished it off with bright red nails and Chanel bracelets.

The Rewrite the Future campaign strives to help children whose educations have been deterred by war and conflict in their countries. Over 39 million children out of a total of 72 million children are not in school due to conflict-caused circumstances, according to Save The Children. The collection of the iconic Bulgari Save The Children rings are made from sterling silver and range from $290 to $390--$75 of each purchase goes directly to the fund.

Model To Watch: Paul Lasfargues

As we all know, the lucrative fashion industry would undoubtedly be non-existent without it's beautiful, human canvases, so it's important to always stay on top of fresh talent. Who's the latest male model you should be watching? According to Models.com, Paul Lasfargues is the one to watch, well at least for this week.

The French born model stands tall at 6'0" with razor sharp cheekbones, a perfectly groomed mane, and endlessly, dark brown eyes. Signed with FORD Models Europe, the 18 year-old, fresh talent is being buzzed about on all sorts of various model forums as being the next big "it" guy in the modeling world. I, for one, am very curious to see how this model's career pans out and what designer campaigns he may become the face of. Could he be a Calvin Klein guy perhaps? Who knows, but I know a lot of people who wouldn't mind seeing him in just his skivvies!

Cyntia Dicker's Star is Rising

About six or seven years ago, I remember seeing Cyntia Dicker in the Delia's catalog. Every model needs to start somewhere. Cassie, who was once singing hip hop and now modeling in the current Calvin Klein campaign, started her modeling career in the Delia's catalog as well. Cyntia has grown enormously as a model. While she was modeling for Delia's, I questioned if she really deserved to hit it big time. She was somewhat awkward; her body was not exactly the typical figure. Now that I am seeing her in at least four designer ad campaigns, it is so apparent how much Cyntia has blossomed into a beautiful woman. With her red hair, freckles and uniquely tan skin for a ginger, she almost has an exotic look. No other model has her look right now, which can be seemingly rare and is obviously catching the attention of brands such as Bebe, Monet and Lands' End.

Meow! Help Japan With Hello Kitty's New Tote

It's truly inspiring to see celebrities and fashion labels lending so much support to Japan and creating avenues for the public to help raise money for the cause as well. The latest company to give a helping hand is Hello Kitty. The company has created an exclusive tote bag featuring their signature Kitty. The tote features the signature Kitty with a little red bow tucked in her ears. The kitty hold the Japanese flag over her nose and the caption underneath reads " Hello Japan... support our friends." Not only is this bag cute but it's perfect for lugging around just about anything due to it's sturdiness! Oh and of course the added bonus; 65% of all proceeds go directly to the Red Cross. Sold exclusively at Urban Outfitters for $10, the tote is already sold out, but no worries for all you fashion philanthropists, the tote is rumoured to be restocked soon and will become available through Sanrio in the near future!

Breaking News: Osama Bin Laden Dead!

After 10 years of rigorous searching, US personnel have recovered the dead body of Al Qaeda founder and spiritual leader Osama Bin Laden. The Saudi Arabian terrorist is reported to have been killed by U.S. military personnel in Afghanistan. This is a major accomplishment for U.S. national security as well as justice for those victims of 911. Let's pray that the war on terror has come to an end with the death of this extremist and our troops can finally come home. Also, perhaps we can once again start packing our favorite perfumes in our carry-ons!
